We will again be holding our Chapel outing at beautiful Spring Lake Beach in Burrillville, RI on August 18th, beginning at 11:00 a.m. If you will be attending this event, there are sign-up sheets in the Chapel. If you are not able to get to the Chapel, please call the Chapel office below to let us know who will be attending.

Daniel Fast begins - Open calendar to see what it’s all about
What is Fasting?
In this Lenten Season, a time when Christians around the world reflect on Jesus’ journey leading to His dying on the cross for our sins, it is a way to meditate and pray to become closer to God by fasting and praying, much as Jesus did those 40 days in the desert. We can fast in so many ways, (example: social media; movies; giving up certain foods or fasting for a day, a meal, or as long as you are willing to sacrifice, health permitting). Meditate by reading God’s Word, doing a daily devotional and praying.
Please join us at Candleberry Chapel in this Daniel Fast for however long you are able, and if permissible for your health, in prayer and contemplation and to share in Christ’s days leading to the cross and a time to get closer to Jesus, our Lord, our Savior, our Redeemer.
